Built for groups of up to 8 guests, the villa features four standalone bungalow-style bedrooms, each designed with comfort in mind. Every suite includes a king-size bed, private living area, workspace, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. We offer: a) 15% last minute discount if you book 14 days or less prior to check in b) 10% long stay discount for a stay of 7 nights or more c) 10% early bird discount if you book 4 months or more in advance.

Discounts are not valid during peak season: 20 December – 8 January

Security deposit:

1.000 USD security deposit is required during check in that is fully refundable provided there are no damages.

Villa capacity:

The villa can fit up to 8 people.

Event info:

We can help you arrange your special event including music, decorations and F&B of course. The villa can also host weddings.

Additional charges for an event include: 1 night rate event fee, banjar (local police) fee $135 USD plus $1.500 USD security deposit fully refundable provided there are no damages.

Curfew:

As Umalas is a residential area, music needs to be turned off by 10pm.
